I showed up after a positive phone call with Johnny. As I arrived, Johnny met me in front of the front door with a smile and was excited to meet me. We went over questions I had and ended up test driving a premium mach e. After going over the numbers and options, we agreed I wanted the GT and he found me the perfect one at their Salida location! Ended up buying it/received it same day and have been in love ever since! Johnny has been absolutely amazing start to current(he still keeps in touch to make sure I am satisfied with everything!) Can't speak highly enough about him after struggling with multiple other dealerships! 10/10 I recommend him (as well as the Mach e Gt!)

I scheduled the recall months in advance and it took over 6 hours to perform replacement of spark plugs

The service personnel are fine except that it is ultimately difficult to get a hold of them. I can’t really talk about the issues with the car repairs with AI nor discuss recommendations or ask additional questions about it nor the bill, so that is extremely obstructing, terribly annoying, bad customer service and would like to give them a one star because of that but the work that the service and techs do is better than one star. Texting the quotes is fine but that should not be the end of it. A human interaction is needed. A return call would be good too.

Kinda slow. I got oil change and tire.rotation that took 2.5 hours IMO.

I have bought 5 cars with this dealership. I use their service department on a regular basis. HOWEVER, they didn’t make me happy the last time I used their service. I asked for an alignment, as part of a new tire service, and they gave me one. When I received the tech sheet showing what with was done, I noticed the car didn’t need an alignment, everything was in the green. They still gave me one and charged me $200. They should have told me it didn’t need one.

These guys were unbelievably fantastic. The mechanic David was fantastic Anthony. The service writer was so nice and so helpful. I would go back in a heartbeat and I'm going to send everybody. I know to have them take care of them. Fantastic place. Brent, the service manager was fantastic and also the general manager Brandon. I believe his name was. He was also helpful. He even went in the back to see how the mechanic was doing. Never been to a better place in my life. Thank you guys very much 💓

Kudos to Patricia in the service department and Quinn in the parts department whom were a great help when I lost my fob on a cross country trip and needed to get a new one and back on the road. Nothing but great appreciation from this dealership.
