Usually when I come in to the dealership for an oil change and tire rotation Courtney takes care of me. This time was someone different and came off incredibly rude. Also while waiting there was a girl working just making borderline inappropriate comments . I just felt disappointed. Also I received pictures about my car but no one explained what they were for and it wasn’t in my paper work. Just a different experience than normal

They need to work on their message system. I left several messages and never got a call back. They were calling my daughter but would never return texts or calls from me. I’m the owner of the jeep.

Top quality from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Our service writer Ashley really knows her stuff, is very professional, and also very easy to work with. All our issues and concerns were addressed, and they even provided us a video afterwards of our car being serviced, and explaining what was done. Lastly, they gave our car a complementary car wash!

Pleasantly surprised, but not surprised. I brought my Wrangler 4Xe in for recalls and a newly developed battery issue expecting to get the run-around based off of online forums regarding the 4Xe battery problems and different dealerships not having the expertise, but hoping for the best based on both my sales and past experience with Faricy. As I hoped, they have experienced technicians, they dealt with Stellantis, and in a week and a half I had my Jeep back with a new battery and its performing good as new. I live closer to another Jeep dealer, but this is why I make the drive to Faricy
