I cannot brag enough about the service we received at your service department. To begin, Rachael was our service advisor and she treated us with the utmost respect, generosity, and a heartfelt desire to assist us in a time of need and despair. We are from Oklahoma and had pulled our 43’ fifth wheel to Salida RV resort and was staying there for a few days. While driving in town one day, we experienced a serious issue with our diesel exhaust system and our truck was put into limp mode. Initially, Rachael said it would be a week or so before she could get us in. When I explained our situation and that we had to leave and head home within 4 days, she moved mountains get us taken care of in a timely manner. The repair was going to take two (2) days so Rachael arranged for our transportation back to our RV and even offered to have the driver take us to any place in town should we need supplies to sustain us for the two days due to the fact that we did not have our own means of transportation. This was a very generous offer that, fortunately, we did not need to utilize. Our truck was completely repaired within the 2 days and Rachael arranged for transportation for us from the RV resort back to your dealership. I am a retired law enforcement officer and was in law enforcement for 42 years. My wife is also retired law enforcement. Throughout our careers, we both have encountered many people with varying personalities, traits, and characteristics. We both agree that our interaction with Rachael and your dealership rank among the most pleasurable experiences that we have ever had with a service oriented business. I scheduled an appointment on line for recall on battery (received an e-mail from them that I had an urgent recall) and an oil change. I never received a confirmation. I called the day before and the receptionist could not find the appointment or find me in their system, I bought my Jeep from them, I get e-mails from them. I sent an e-mail and they responded that I had an appointment. I asked about a ride and they responded that a shuttle is available in the Colorado Springs area, I asked if it is available for Falcon and they never responded. Went in for the scheduled appointment and was told it would be an hour if I waited and 4 hours if I didn’t wait, I had an appointment so why 4 hours? I had an oil change coupon and told him that when I checked in. He said if I had a battery recall I would need to leave my Jeep overnight, why wasn’t I told that when I scheduled on line, an e-mail confirmation about appointment and what to expect would be helpful. He told me I didn’t have a recall on my Jeep, I asked why I got an e-mail from them, he said he didn’t know. At checkout he rang up the charges, $85.94 for oil change and $34.99 for tire rotation. I told him I bought the tires from them so he took off $34.00, why not $34.99? I told him I had an oil change coupon and he said he could only do one discount without a manager and the manager was not there. The tire rotation was not a coupon, I bought the tires from them and get free rotation?? I just stood there and he said oh here it is and gave me the discount on oil change. Shaun was very nice and this is not his fault, it is the whole process at Faricy. It should not be this frustrating.
