Was traveling thru Cañon City area for vacation. My Expedition was shifting funny in mountains and I was concerned it was low on transmission fluid. I left a message on Thursday after business hours. On a Friday morning I called to see if they could look at it. The first person I spoke with said they were booked until Tuesday. Hannah called me back and said to bring it in and she would find a way to look at it for me since I was traveling. I can’t tell you how thankful I was they got it in to look at it. I had to drive one hour to get there, but they still got it in right away. They even took me into the shop area to go over what they found. Less than 3 hours later I was back on the road. Thank you Hannah!!!

They did a good job at replacing the screen and they gave me a ride home. They did not call me when my car was finished and did not follow through with the promised delivery of my car to my house. The technician left his gloves in my car.

Was receiving a message on the dash telling us that there was a problem with the rear seatbelt module on our 2025 Ford F-150 with 3,000 miles. The message stated immediate attention was needed in fixing the problem. Pueblo Ford attempted to fix it the first time, but the message returned the following day. We then took it to Faricy in Canon City where they checked the codes and found that the driver’s side front seat module needed to be replaced. Ordered the part and it was ready to go in a few hours. The rear seat indicators are still not working properly as you can sit on the rear seat and the dash doesn’t recognize anyone on the seat until they put their seatbelt on and then it turns green. Once you disconnect the belt it turns red on the dash and will stay red if you move to another seat that won’t recognize your new position until you buckle your seatbelt then that spot will turn green but the original seat will remain red and think that someone needs to buckle their seatbelt. This process will repeat itself until all three seats are red. If you open the door, the lights all reset. So that problem still exists but so far there has been no new warnings on the dash saying anything needs immediate attention. So that’s good.
