The work is just fine. Communication is not. Trying to speak to a human is impossible. And if your original service advisor is off the next day, perhaps someone else should be designated to keep the customer apprised of the vehicle repair status. Also, I could not get a satisfactory explanation as to why the radiator on a 6 year old vehicle would fail.

I have been a Faricy customer for 23 years and purchased or leased five Jeeps from them. The Faricy sales department is great to deal with, but it is their service department that has kept me as a loyal customer. In addition to the five Jeeps I received, I have trusted Faricy with the maintenance of two other Jeeps I have owned and my 2016 Ram 1500.

Dealership canceled first appointment and rescheduled, witch i had no problem with, took the 2 trucks in when dealership scheduled new appointment and truck where not ready when they where scheduled to be done because dealership rep said they where backed up, not the customers issue the dealership is the on that made the new appointments not the customer, made it very inconvenient for customet having both trucks at dealership and not being do e when customer was told they where going to be done customer had rides lined up for the times dealership said the trucks would be ready, truck's weren't ready for 3 1/2 hours after customer was told they would be ready by 10 o clock that day, trucks where at dealership when service department opened customer used drop box cause dealership wasn't open yet, so customer had everything ready and there for recalls dealership did not have there part ready short staff customer feels, so dealership did not do well for customer on these recalls!
