Far and away the best dealership experience I’ve had. Christina was very friendly and did not push me at all into making a decision. She let me take me time and research which I really appreciate. 4 stars though due to some lack in response time over the phone. Most of the time it would take over a day to get a call back even with a voicemail. With that said, overall this what a great experience!

I trust Faricy Ford to keep my Ford Edge in good condition for safe driving. This is my second Ford Edge I purchased from Faricy Ford. People say Ford stands for Found On Road Dead. I seen other vehicles on road dead but never a Ford Edge.I had a Chevrolet Nova and several times it was dead on the road. Next car Ford Mercury. Next a Mercury Sable. Then I had Chevy Lumina which was mistake so I traded it in for a Ford Taurus which never had a problem but it got rusty from Michigan’s salty roads. Next vehicle a Ford Escape here in Colorado. I needed a bigger vehicle so I traded it in for a Ford Edge at Faricy Ford. That one was in an accident so I traded it in at Faricy Ford for the Edge I have now. Had it for years. It runs great because I always had it serviced at Faricy Ford. When I trade it in for another Edge of course it will be at Faricy Ford. The best trusted dealership and “service “ in Canon City.

When I bought the Jeep, I had a telematics issue within a month. I brought the vehicle in to have this reviewed. The service writer said they couldn't find an issue, and that my 3/36 warranty would expire in March of 2027 and I should bring it back if it happened again (this issue continued constantly). I brought it in on June 24, 2026, for the power steering recall and to review the continuing issue of the telematics module. I was told my warranty expired on June 23, 2026, the day before the appointment. The new service writer said they found an issue with the cable to the module and it would not be covered under warranty, but they would give me a discount. After two trips with 2 multi point inspections, I later found my coolant overflow was completely empty, something that should have been checked as well. Continuity and customer communication is very important to me. I won't be bringing this vehicle back to Faricy and I won't buy another vehicle from them.
