I really wanted to have a better experience, but unfortunately I won't be returning to Faricy Chrysler Jeep.
Our 2024 Jeep Wagoneer began displaying low oil pressure warnings and would suddenly cut engine power while driving—obviously a serious safety concern. When I called the dealership, the woman who answered the phone was dismissive and had a poor attitude. I was initially told it would be at least a week before anyone could even look at the vehicle. After explaining that this was unacceptable for what appeared to be a major mechanical issue, I was finally told to bring it in the next morning.
To give credit where it's due, the service advisor who checked us in (I believe his name was Branan) was professional, courteous, and quickly arranged a RAM rental through Hertz.
Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended.
Later that same day, I was told the Jeep was fixed and that it only needed a software update. About a week later, while towing our travel trailer with my family in over 100-degree heat, the Wagoneer overheated and broke down on the side of the road in Pueblo.
Pueblo Jeep got the vehicle in immediately. Their technician diagnosed it with a failed thermostat—exactly what many other Wagoneer owners have reported online with these same symptoms. They're also replacing a trailer tow sensor, another known issue.
If Faricy had properly diagnosed the problem the first time instead of sending us away with a software update, my family likely wouldn't have ended up stranded on the side of the highway in extreme heat.
The service advisor earned the second star, but the incorrect diagnosis and the risk it created for my family mean I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
