Bought a 2024 Kia Telluride from them after many problems to include the engine recall of previous Honda Odyssey almost causing me to be stranded until I got it in there to swap for this car. I feel this dealership does nothing to deal with existing problems. It seems they doctored an oxidized piece of plastic in the front cabin area then after a week some sort of film and ruined the plastic light panel between driver side and passenger side. We have not cleaned it yet nor used any product anywhere. What a nightmare and expensive, weird problem to deal with. Managers avoid any contact with customers and sales people like to keep you separated all the while as you do your purchase. Just hasn't been an honest or straightforward experience. You the customer should know. I honestly don't believe many of these reviews are genuine after my experience
The term "hassle-free" is used so much in the car business that I am reluctant to use it here, but it is a great description of the service we received from Brandon Wilke. Absolutely no stereotypical "high-pressure salesperson" here ... affable, friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and professional ... Brandon was quick to help and eager to make our Jeep purchase a reality. I would highly recommend Brandon to any of our friends, family or service members looking for a square deal. It was very refreshing to meet someone who actually does what he says he is going to do. SIX OUT OF A POSSIBLE FIVE STARS!
Don't go to this dealership here in Salida, Colorado they won't get back to you if you want to reschedule your appointment to test drive a car i been trying to since last wednesday
Wanted to lease with zero haggle and minimum time spent there. 80 minutes from parking, we drove off in great new car that was exactly what we came for. Cohen re-wrote my expectations for a car salesman. Super friendly and very knowledgeable on a wide variety of cars. I’ve bought 6 cars in my life and he was without equal.
I had an absolutely fantastic experience at The Faricy Boys Ford! From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming and professional. The process was smooth, and they were incredibly transparent about pricing, including all the fees. Special shoutout to my sales representative, who was extremely knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions without any pressure. The finance team worked hard to get me a great deal, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I never felt rushed or pushed into a decision, which made the whole experience stress-free. The service and care at The Faricy Boys Ford are top-notch, and I’ll definitely be returning for future vehicle needs. Faricy boys, Canon city This dealership has been the worst car buying experience ever. The original salesmen, (Craig Bucknell) knew nothing of the vehicle we were looking at and couldn't explain anything about the questions we were asking. He looked more of the part of a mechanic, dressed like a mechanic, acted like a mechanic. There was no charging cord in the jeep and he stated he was going to go find it, never came back with it. We couldn't come together on a deal so we proceeded to leave and on the way out the door he stated "go sell your jeep on marketplace and see what you get for it". After some research we went back the next day and demanded a different salesman. We was given Brandon Bechtel to deal with and he was nice to begin with. He stated he was going to see the guy who did the intake maintenance on the jeep we were looking at to get the charging cord. He came back without it but stated "he'll find it". Ben Herold( Sales manager) also stated the cord was not apart of the deal and if we didn't like it we could bring the jeep back. At no time during our encounter did anyone tell us the charging cord was not apart of the deal. Never again will we purchase a vehicle from this dealership. We received no copy of any of the paperwork we signed other than the temporary registration. All the papers we signed with Brandon we did not receive and was told they'll email us the finance papers and we can e-sign them. After we receive a charging cord from the dealership we will sign the finance paperwork. We will be filing this with the Faricy owners, ENT credit union. The cord will be delivered to my house, I will not return to that store.
In addition to writing a review, I ran an AI search to see if others were having the same terrible experience I was. Surprise surprise...... I asked what the common complaints were: 1) Poor service department experience: Customers have reported issues with the service department, describing them as dishonest and failing to follow through on promises. 2) Lack of timely assistance: A recent review mentioned that when a customer's 2024 Jeep Wrangler had power steering issues, the dealership couldn't look at it until a month later and refused to cover towing costs. 3) Unfair treatment of non-local customers: One customer reported that the service advisor suggested they should have bought the vehicle from their dealership to receive better treatment. 4) Communication problems: Some reviews indicate issues with follow-through and communication, particularly in the service department. ----------- Basically we felt tricked into an insanely priced over servicing. When I called them after seeing the quote and said "STOP WORK"- he said "well you already signed the agreement so we won't be stopping". This is the 2nd time they screwed us. The first was when we bought a used car and they never TOLD us- maybe it was buried in text in one of the zillion pages of agreement- that there was only ONE key. Oh, we found that out as they handed us the one fob. I asked where the 2nd was. "Oh we never had that when we bought it". So guess who got to pay $400+ for a backup key? And then they lost it internally- took a month to get it. Unbelievable 'business'. Their only saving grace is they are the monopoly here. We need some competition in the valley.
Waited a month for an appointment to have some work done on one of our Jeeps. Went to drop off the car and were told that the techs called in sick and they cancelled our appointment. We were NOT contacted before hand and were placed at the back of the line with an appt more than another month away. We understand that things happen but this is unacceptable. If an airline canceled your flight and and said sorry like this, they would pay hefty fines. We have have 3 Jeeps, 1 Dodge, and an Xterra. The products from Stellantis are poorly engineered, poorly made, and the service after the sale is non-existent. Looking to replace the Xterra but after this we will not consider ANY Stellantis products. BUYER BEWARE.
Even though my family and I adored our 2021 RAM, we desperately missed our previous two beloved Chrysler Pacificas. We decided last March to look at the new Pacificas, and to see if it made sense for us to trade in our RAM at that time, or to wait until we were near the end of our lease. We spoke with Brandon Wilke who provided us with a couple of good options, but we decided to wait a bit longer. Six months later, I made an inquiry on the Faricy Boys website and was contacted by Nicki Servidio. She gladly answered my many questions through numerous email messages, and we finally agreed on a day when my wife and I could visit the store and explore the possibilities once again. We were happy to learn Brandon was still there, and very much looked forward to meeting with him. He greeted us with a big friendly smile and a warm handshake, like he was seeing an old friend for the first time in half a year. He let us test drive a Pacifica S Appearance PHEV which was superb, but we had been dreaming for quite some time about the S Premium because we really wanted all those extra options. Brandon invited us to drive that one as well, and we totally fell in love! After discussing the terms that would work best for us, we agreed on a price and sealed the deal. With Adam’s help, the financing came together beautifully, and we were able to complete the paperwork lickety-split. Brandon made sure our new Pacifica was topped off and detailed, and even helped us transfer our personal belongings from the RAM. I’m incapable of describing how thrilled my wife and I were to drive away in this gorgeous new vehicle. We were blown away by our first Pacifica in 2017, and amazed to discover that they just keep improving. Finally getting into a Pacifica PHEV left us with absolutely zero regrets. We cannot thank Brandon, Adam, Nicki, and the Faricy Boys enough for helping us make this dream come true. It’s hard to imagine ever wanting to go anyplace else for our new vehicle needs!
The whole buying experience was easy with low pressure, high volume in inventory, fair prices, and kind and helpful sales staff.
On October 7th my wife’s 2024 Jeep Wrangler, with 4300 miles on it had the power steering stop working, with a dash warning that there was a transmission issue. We called the Faricy Boys in Salida to see about getting it taken care of. We were informed that since we did not purchase an extended warranty, towing would not be covered, and they could not look at it until November, unless something opened up sooner. I asked for the contact information of the Regional Jeep Representative, but was told that “someone” would call me back. While we were making arrangements with AAA to have it towed, the service advisor called me back and told me that the service manager said that if we had purchased the Jeep at their dealership, they would have made sure we were taken care of. He also suggested that we take it back to the dealership where we bought it. Needless to say, we will never go back to The Faricy Boys. For the record, we did try to buy this Jeep from the Faricy Boys, but they did not have anything available and did not seem interested in locating one for us. We ended up purchasing it out of state.
Had appt for oil change. Told when got there it would take 1 to 1 1/2 hiurs to get done. That it totally ridiculous. Maybe l will send them a bill for my waisted time. Seriously thinking about getting a new dealership. Not happy.
Service is a bunch of liars will tell you anything you want to hear and not follow through with any of it.
The Faricy team was very helpful and efficient during our car buying experience. They worked with our budget, and had a place for our kids to relax and play. We showed up around 10:30, and were able to drive away with a new car before lunch. A few weeks later, we had an issue with the car and they covered the repairs. I highly recommend buying your next vehicle from The Faricy Boys!
I've have been after a new Maverick for awhile now. Because of their popularity, that alone was a challenge. Market issues, allocations and parts shortages made the hunt more difficult. Despite those frustrations Jasmine Witmer-Bryon went beyond my expectations, and was able to substitute an almost identical truck for the one I'd ordered and was delayed in production due to parts shortages. I appreciate her working with me very much! Mark Milligan in financing was friendly and knowledgeable, and explains extended warranty benefits, etc. thoroughly without pushing additional purchases. A shout out for that. I'm glad I don't purchase new vehicles every day or even every decade, but Jasmine and Mark helped make it an efficient and painless experience.
