These guys are very professional and helpful and quick to get to their work. At this point, my truck seems fixed, I have had a continuing problem with my truck and been stranded with my horses three times this year in a fairly new vehicle with only 100,000 miles. I’m disgusted with Ford trucks completely. I have also had a terrible experience with Faricy in the past. It seems they are mending their ways. This visit was a good one. That being said, I did have to.go in and negotiate at the end to get the price that I thought that I would be getting, which is why I gave them a 4. However, they went over and above and gave me an even better deal for my troubles. It felt a little bit like what happens when you go in and buy a car, the fact that I did that I have to negotiate for service. Which is a little uncomfortable. I would prefer my service prices to be a little more straightforward. The people that I interacted with this time were great.

Feel like the quality control of the service department is not being done properly. When you miss simple things as not filling the washer fluid reservoir, what else was missed! You can’t use the excuse of we had 22 oil changes to do that day and sometimes things get missed.

They are kind, courteous, compassionate and always professional. The quality of work done has been great and greatly appreciated.

I have used Faricy many times over the years from purchasing to service. I have always received personalized care for what I needed. I greatly appreciate their professionalism.

Very happy with their customer service as they listened to my complaint about an intermittent problem. They allowed a master tech to ride with me allowing me to reproduce the problem and have it subsequently fixed under the existing power train warranty. The issue was fixed while still under warranty. This will be the first stop I make when buying a new vehicle based on this kind of service.

After a very bad experience with Faricy several years ago, I decided to give it another try. This time it was much better.

Mr Smith of service was superb. He made me feel most welcome as soon as I pulled my vehicle into the garage. Every effort of good customer service was initiated by him. Ashley at the service desk was polite but very cold initially. No smile. I had to work for her to warm up to me. A client should not work for that at all. It is just common courtesy. She finally became more accommodating and professional. But no warmth at all. She did what she needed to do though so at the end of the day, that was all that mattered to me. But if you want more business, front desk staff should have gold training for good, welcoming always available warm customer service. But Faricy facilities were good as usual. Cleanliness and presentation wise. Thank you.
