Dealership canceled first appointment and rescheduled, witch i had no problem with, took the 2 trucks in when dealership scheduled new appointment and truck where not ready when they where scheduled to be done because dealership rep said they where backed up, not the customers issue the dealership is the on that made the new appointments not the customer, made it very inconvenient for customet having both trucks at dealership and not being do e when customer was told they where going to be done customer had rides lined up for the times dealership said the trucks would be ready, truck's weren't ready for 3 1/2 hours after customer was told they would be ready by 10 o clock that day, trucks where at dealership when service department opened customer used drop box cause dealership wasn't open yet, so customer had everything ready and there for recalls dealership did not have there part ready short staff customer feels, so dealership did not do well for customer on these recalls!
