Our experience started out a little on-edge, as I had a test drive scheduled at 10am and we weren’t helped until about 10:40. However, everything after that was wonderful! Our sales associate, Gabe, was super helpful and attentive to us! I purchased a car on Monday, had some regrets (no fault to them), reached back out on Tuesday, and was in the new car first thing Wednesday morning. Gabe even came in earlier than he was scheduled for, in order to accommodate my schedule. I was by myself with two young children and he helped carry toys, water bottles, books, etc. to help me and kept them entertained (and safe) while I transferred their car seats. Truly went above and beyond to help me!
Our finance associate, Jem, was just as wonderful and pleasant to work with. She got me a lower interest rate than I was pre-approved for, so I was able to add on additional warranties while keeping my payment relatively the same as what I anticipated/hoped for. She also was incredibly accommodating, and she even briefly came in on her day off to ensure the paperwork was ready for me to sign as soon as I arrived: when I switched cars, I was in and out in less than an hour (including switching car seats!). The finance manager, Adam, was the one I re-signed the paperwork with and he was just as wonderful as everyone else.
Our experience with not only buying a vehicle, but also switching it out to another, was as seamless as it could have been. The whole process was genuinely a lot smoother than I anticipated it being! I felt supported the entire time. I’m happy with the service I received from everyone at the dealership!
