This is by far the best dealership I have EVER worked with. Danny really made sure nothing was a waste of time and made sure I was well taken care of through the whole process. Everything was so easy and simple there was no hassling or struggles with anything! Definitely will be referring anyone to them and going back after my lease is up!

It was easy to make my appointment and it was in a timely manner. Upon my arrival, several empty vehicles were in line ahead of me. After several minutes service members had the vehicles moved. I met Brent who checked me in and my vehicle went into the shop. Nice touch of being offered refreshments. It seemed in about an hour my vehicle was ready. I received a text, met with your representative, paid my bill and on my way. The only glitch in my experience is prior to coming to have my vehicle serviced, I received a call from your sales representative. While waiting for my vehicle to be serviced I went to his office. He was busy on the phone and he said who I was and the message he left me. I added I was in waiting room and when he was finished with his call, I would be happy to talk. He must have had a busy schedule. He came to talk and upon my vehicle being done I left Over, it was a good experience.

The valet pickup is great for a single person. I like the texts received letting me know what is taking place. The video was helpful on the car inspection.

We are seasonal campers from a nearby rural town. Had trouble securing online Ford reservation at three different cities, over the weekend. Monday morning, Salida Faricy Automotive recognized our urgency for a major and critical repair. Service Advisor Chris was excellent. He explained our options, pros and cons of each. A high $ part had to be ordered, and a return trip planned. Everything worked smoothly thereafter! Part arrived on time, repair was done several hours ahead of schedule. No un-forcast surprises. They did “advise” of a couple other repairs, but said we could wait until we got back to home base in TX. One of these repairs seems like it will address a symptom I have had for several years that TX dealers have not mentioned. I am impressed by that. Chris was able to answer and explain satisfactorily all of my numerous questions. I was very impressed with their service, and would not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent service. The lady who helped me in the port was extremely helpful and provided above and beyond customer service. The mechanic did an excellent job as well diagnosing and fixing my pick up!

Every person I dealt with (Renee, Brandon, Jonathan) was wonderful. It was busy day in the dealership, but in the end it was worth it. I was disappointed that the car did not have a manual transmission as listed in the ad, but the car was too good to pass up. Thank you for all of your assistance!
