Been using Faricy Ford for 12 years. Zero issues with them, my 3 trucks and wife's car are all taken to them. They are upfront about price and time. They don't try to up sell or an B.S. like that, just good honest people.

Overpriced repair. Wife was turned away from service dept. Finance dept and GM did not want to fund a means to sell us a new 100k truck.

We recently purchased our second vehicle from Todd at Faricy in Salida. Like the first time, Todd made it very easy to understand the pros and cons of each vehicle we were considering. The finance team also took their time to explain the various options and, in the end, we feel we got a great vehicle at a very fair price.

They put a dent in my left Front finder, then has to keep it longer because it was making bad noise in the steering gear so far they have made everything worse.

Made an appt for a recall. First time to this dealership. Day of appt I arrrived and everyone was very welcoming and efficient. Had me checked in and settled in to wait for my recall inspection. No repair was needed so I was in and out in about 40 mins. I was impressed with the whole experience compared to dealerships I’ve been to in the past. Will definitely be back for any needs I have for my vehicle.

Our visit attempt to make an appointment was not done correctly and we were told a date but there was no appointment. We made a second appointment. The work was done but we were waiting for a warranty payment. Our advisor was out ill the second day and we had no response until 5pm that evening from the manager saying it was OK to pick up the car. In truth the warranty payment was not verified until the 3rd day when our advisor was back in the office. Have someone take over your cases if you are ill. The manager should be responsible!

The Faricy Boys service department provided excellent service and support. Denise was fantastic as our Service Writer and kept us updated as needed. Great job!
